📦 Shipping & Orders
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during holidays or sales may require extra processing time. Please note we do not ship on weekends.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to high demand, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order will be processed and shipped. You may still return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices are tax-free in USD. You may be required to pay duties or import taxes once your order arrives, depending on your local customs regulations. These charges are your responsibility.

How do I return an item?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item is defective, missing, or incorrect, please email us at support@musclemix.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll fix it ASAP.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. It typically takes 7–10 business days for the funds to appear. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
